Nutraceuticals 2025 opens visitor registration with 50% discount offer for online bookings

Spain’s leading event for the nutraceuticals industry takes place on 5th and 6th March in Hall 1 at Ifema Madrid.

The industry has responded enthusiastically to the call for exhibitors and 90% of the planned exhibition space has now been booked, with over 100 companies already signed up.

Valencia, 27th November 2024.- Professionals in the nutraceuticals and pharmaceutical sector can now register to attend and obtain their priority trade tickets for the eighth edition of Nutraceuticals Europe Summit & Expo, Spain’s foremost event for the functional ingredients, ‘novel foods’ and finished products industry. The upcoming show, slated to take place on 5th and 6th March next year, will boast many new features including, notably, its return to Madrid, specifically to Hall 1 at Ifema, having moved from Barcelona, which hosted this year’s edition.

In this regard, Nutraceuticals’ commitment to taking the fair to these two Spanish capital cities has been very well received by industry professionals, a good example of this being the demand for tickets well in advance, with the organisers’ deciding, as a result, to open online registration now via the website. What is more, everyone registering already will benefit from a 50% discount off the price of tickets bought at the box office.

100+ Spanish and international exhibitors

The organisers have pointed out that even though there are still almost four months to go before opening day, 90% of the planned exhibition space in Hall 1 of the Madrid venue has already been booked, reflecting the interest the upcoming show has prompted. “We are very happy with how preparations for the upcoming edition are coming along”, says the fair’s director, Esther Cano, in whose view “we are fulfilling our most ambitious forecasts and almost all of the space set aside for the fair has been booked, which is well in line with the success of recent editions”.

As regards exhibitors, the organisers expect that more than a hundred companies will be exhibiting at the fair next March. Not just from all over Spain but also leading names in the industry in markets such as Argentina, Belgium, China, Colombia, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America.

As Cano explains, many of these companies choose Nutraceuticals “because over all the editions we have run so far, we have shown that we are a solid showcase, with a high-quality profile of domestic trade visitors who choose Nutraceuticals because of its commitment to innovation and the pioneering nature of the products being shown by the exhibitors. Our aim”, the Fair’s director adds, “is that in a year when a significant number of foreign companies will be landing in Spain for other international trade fairs, our exhibitors are able to build customer loyalty in the reliable setting that is Nutraceuticals Europe Summit & Expo”.

Education and innovation at Nutraceuticals

In line with its commitment to excellence and quality in terms of content, the fair is currently putting together a fresh edition of its famous ‘Seminar Theatre’, an intensive programme of talks and practical demonstrations based on the latest innovations and market research. The presentations will be highly educational and last around 20 minutes, bringing attendees up to speed with the most significant advances in the market.

Another notable feature of the upcoming event will be a fresh ‘Premium Substances’ space, which will introduce visitors to the new products on show in a format whereby they can be identified quickly and easily.
